In 2026 the company was rebranded to Just Connect, marking a new chapter while staying true to the same founding promise.
How It Started
Just Connect was established in Sandton, Johannesburg to help businesses overcome the challenges of unreliable internet, inconsistent customer service, and outsourced support that felt disconnected from the brands it was meant to represent. We knew there was a better way — and we built it.
Starting with fibre installation and technical support, the business expanded into call centre services when clients asked for the same level of care applied to their customer interactions. BPO and virtual assistance followed naturally — each service an extension of the same promise. In 2026, the rebrand to Just Connect gave the company a name that matches its ambition.
